Pramil Shyam Web Services - Terms and Conditions

These are the standard terms and conditions of Pramil Shyam web services, web hosting and other products and services offered. These terms apply to you as a user of the Service ("Customer" or "you"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Age

1. Client certifies that he or she is at least 18 years of age.

Cancellations

1. If the client decides to cancel or withdraw from the contract, we reserve to charge 25% of the quote/contract or the value of work done which ever is higher.

Errors & Liabilities

1. We will use all due care to ensure sites worked on are free of errors and will correct any errors induced by us in the course of development.

Payment Terms

1. The client will be invoiced 50% of the quote prior to development. This amount is payable before development starts on the website.
2. The client will be invoiced the remainder of the 50% after the client completes testing. The website will only be signed off and handed over to the client upon payment of the balance. The website will only go "live" and a copy delivered upon payment.
3. Applicable fees for a domain name web hosting account, plus setup charges (if applicable), and registration fees (where applicable), shall be due prior to account activation.
4, Invoices are sent out via email and printer friendly. If you would prefer a printed copy, additional costs may apply.
5. We only accept cheque, money order, direct bank deposit and credit card payments made via Paypal.

Permissions & Copyrights

1. The client will obtain all the necessary permissions and authorities in respect of the use of all copy, graphics, registered company logos, names and trademarks or any other material supplied by the client.
2. Pramil Shyam will own the copyright for all work done on the website. The copyright can be transferred to the client upon negotiation and will be defined in the quote/contract.

Website Content

1. Clients are required to ensure that the content of their website meets all the current Australian legislation regarding publications. The client shall further indemnify Pramil Shyam in respect of any claims, costs and expenses that may arise from any material included in their site by Pramil Shyamat the client’s request.
2. Pramil Shyam reserves the right not to include any material supplied by the client if Pramil Shyamdeems it inappropriate or offensive.

Quotes

1. All quotes provided by Pramil Shyam Web Services are valid for 4 weeks from the date generated or unless stated on the quote.
